Another view using some tall grass in the foreground. You can see the bouy's to mark the swimming areas. The area near the base of the bridge and the opposite side of the beach has a rock break wall the gives a good view of the tropical fish in the area. The same kind you see in saltwater fish tanks. Some of the best beach snorkeling we have found in the Keys besides going out to Fort Jefferson. The gap in the bridge you see on the right is an observation deck, the first time we stopped at Bahia Honda Key we were standing on the observation deck and saw a 8-10 foot shark swimming through the gap between the bridges. That memory keeps you looking around while you are snorkeling ! [fc-foto:34850041] Or maybe she was using me for bait !!
