After Kirsten's tip, I sent the picture to Nabu. Today I got the answer that it really is the collared jackdaw.It is actually found in Eastern Europe, Finland and Russia.

Nachdem Hinweis von Kirsten, habe ich das Bild zu Nabu geschickt. Heute kam die Antwort, es handelt sich wirklich um die Halsbanddohle.Sie kommt eigentlich in Osteuropa, Finnland und Rußland vor.
