Forest Inn

An inn in a protected nature area ? What's that supposed to mean ?

Nothing. The picture is a little bit misleading.
It seems like the edifice was built in the middle of the forest.
Not so. The inn is located (since 1850) at the end of a majestic beech lane where also the forest ends.

After searching for fungi all day long on the cold and wet forest floor, it felt good to have a warm drink over there.

Location : ‘Het Broek’ at Blaasveld, Belgium.
