The Living Forest (327) : Musk-Mallow

Musk-Mallow is a wild plant mostly appearing on dry but fertile soils at the borderline of woodland.
Its flowers have a distinctive musky odour.

Both leaves, flowers and seeds are edible and can be used as addition to a ‘wild’ summer salad.
