Rice Button Aster

The rice button aster, also known as bushy aster, is an ornamental plant native to the USA.

The aster genus is popular too for use in gardens with over 1000 hybrids and cultivars worldwide.
It’s especially valued for its rich autumn blooming flowers (september to sometimes late october).

German name : Kissen-Aster (auch Buschige Aster genannt)
Latin name : Symphyotrichum dumosum (previous Aster dumosus)
