Description

The brambling is a passerine bird, breeding in the tundra forests of northern Europe, Russia and further into Eastern Siberia.

Each year in september bramblings migrate to Western & Southern Europe to avoid the harsh winter conditions in the far North.

Mid-april, they return en masse to their northern breeding grounds.
