The Fungi world (39) : Saint Georges Mushroom

At this time of the year, the first summer fungi show up in the forest and I found one already.

The edible St. Georges Mushroom is considered a delicacy, especially when fried in butter, but can also be eaten raw.
However, I prefer to leave it where it belongs : in the forest !
