To my regret, the high season of the fungi is over, but now that the snow has melted momentarily, I still found a few species in the forest that survived surprisingly well the recently snow and cold wave.
Here’s the first one : a few Candlesnuff fungi. It’s a very small but conspicuous species with a branched antler like form.
Can be found all year round, but most commonly in autumn.
The specimens in the shot are only 0,5cm high !
