Description

Root rot is an approximately 20 cm. large fungus that infects wounds on roots or tree trunks.

Insects that feed on roots and underground root contact between trees, are the primary reasons of this fungus to spread and results nearly almost in mortality of the host tree.

This fungus can even kill half of a pinewood !
