The Living Forest (246) : Hedge Bindweed

Description

Hedge Bindweed is an attractive plant, with showy trumpet-shaped flowers, that twines around other plants, always in a counter-clockwise direction.
The flowers are produced from late spring to the end of summer.

Just like its brother, the Field Bindweed (see picture below), also Hedge Bindweed is considered as an agricultural pest by farmers.
